The standard 5 L button-control feeder in the CW-W2510 range. It uses fixed intervals, four portion sizes and no WiFi or app. This page covers the button version only; the WiFi and video versions are separate products.
Who It Is For
• Distributors standardizing a 5 L button SKU with no app support burden.
• Shelters and boarding facilities that feed on fixed intervals.
• Retailers that want a simple in-store demo and low setup friction.
• Buyers replacing an app feeder that is too complex for staff or customers.
• Private-label buyers who want a 5 L button platform.
Who It Is Not For
• Buyers who need remote feeding or app notifications.
• Households that need variable clock times.
• Buyers who need camera monitoring.
• Buyers who need more than 80 g per meal.
• Buyers who need 6.5 L capacity or a square bowl.
Key Selling Points
No WiFi, No App, No Account
The CW-W2510 button model is programmed on the unit with physical buttons. There is no pairing step and no remote feeding. That matters for shelters, boarding facilities and retailers that do not want to support an app. Buyers who need remote feeding should use the CW-W2510 WiFi or Video page instead. The simplicity is the feature: staff can set a schedule without a phone.
Fixed 3/4/5/6-Hour Intervals and 4–8 Meals a Day
The timer uses four fixed intervals rather than clock times. Staff select an interval and the number of meals, from 4 to 8 per day. This suits facilities that feed at consistent gaps and do not want schedules edited by multiple people. One demonstration covers setup, which keeps training short. Buyers who need exact clock times should choose an app model.
Four Portion Sizes Plus Manual Feeding
Each meal can be set to 20, 40, 60 or 80 g, with ±5 g accuracy. A manual feed button dispenses about 10 g (±2 g) for top-ups between scheduled meals. The four settings give buyers a simple portion ladder from 20 to 80 g. Because the portions are fixed, retail buyers can present a clear choice instead of a settings menu. Portions above 80 g are not available.
5 L Hopper for Fewer Refills
The 5 L hopper holds enough dry kibble for multiple days of scheduled meals, depending on portion size and meal count. Fewer refills matter in boarding kennels, where staff time is the constraint, and in multi-cat homes where one feeder serves several cats. The hopper is not intended for wet or freeze-dried food. Kibble size should stay within 3–18 mm.
USB Power With a 6-Hour Battery Backup
The feeder runs on USB 5 V 1 A power through a 1.5 m anti-bite cable. Three D-size (No.2) alkaline batteries provide about 6 hours of emergency operation during an outage. The adapter and batteries are not included, so buyers can source adapters that match their market. That keeps the carton light and lets distributors bundle power supplies locally if they choose.
Two Bowl Options in One 12-Unit Carton
Single- and double-bowl versions share the same 5 L hopper and control logic, so a distributor can list both without a second product story. Both pack 12 units per carton. Single-bowl cartons weigh 18 kg gross; double-bowl cartons weigh 19.5 kg. The shared platform simplifies forecasting and lets retail buyers test a double-bowl add-on with a small order.
Options and Variants
Single- and double-bowl versions are available. Both are button-control only. The CW-W2510 WiFi and CW-W2510 Video versions are separate models with separate pages; they are not options on this page. The 12 pcs per carton figure is a pack quantity, not an MOQ.
MOQ, Lead Time and Customization
MOQ is 100 units per model, not 1 carton or 12 pcs; 12 pcs is the number of units in a carton. OEM starts at 500 units and ODM at 2,000. Standard lead time is 7–30 days; customized orders are quoted separately. We supply through vetted manufacturing partners. Logo and packaging customization can be discussed on OEM and ODM orders. App or firmware customization is not applicable because this model has no connectivity. See our OEM/ODM programs for the process.
How to Choose
• App-free operations: choose this model when staff or customers should not manage an app. The button panel is the entire interface.
• Remote feeding: choose the CW-W2510 WiFi for app control without a camera.
• Camera monitoring: choose the CW-W2510 Video for a 2 MP camera and two-way audio.
• Lower entry price: the Budget 5L series is the budget tier of the button range. Compare it in the button-control category.
• More capacity: compare 5.5 L and 6.5 L models if the buyer needs fewer refills.
