Where Our Products Are Made?
Premium Paw is based in Hangzhou, China — a city known for its e-commerce innovation and export infrastructure. Our production partners are based in Cixi, Ningbo, one of China's most established home appliance industrial clusters.
This matters. Cixi has decades of experience in small home appliances, which means our supply chain for motors, circuit boards, and plastic injection is mature, stable, and deeply specialized. We don't rely on a generic workshop. We work with certified manufacturing partners that have produced millions of small appliances and understand the precision that pet feeding requires.
Our partner factories run a 72-hour aging test on every feeder model — 500 consecutive feeding cycles to check motor stability before any unit goes into a color box.
